Area Sales Executive


Position Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Area Sales Executive to join our Sales and Business Development team in Gujarat.

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the role primarily involves driving sales and business development for an array of products such as essential oils, aroma chemicals, perfumery compounds, aromatic ingredients, and specialty chemicals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Industry Outreach:
  • Target various industries, including food and flavors, tobacco, perfume, cosmetics, skin care, home care, cleaning solutions, pharmaceuticals, color and paint, personal care, religious products, and puja samagri.
  • Data Collection & Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret external and internal data and write reports.
  • Competitor Analysis:
  • Monitor and report on activities and products of competitors.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Travel:
  • Frequent travel across the state of Gujarat for client meetings, presentations, and trade shows.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate, preferably with a background in Chemistry or Science.
  • 02 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of essential oils and aroma chemical products is required.
  • Prior work experience in ingredients, aroma chemicals, flavours and fragrances, APIs, bulk chemicals, or paint ingredients is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel 8090% of the time.
