Job Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and execute a recruiting strategy to fill current openings ASAP.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and expectations of department and country where the position is located.
Create weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
Assist HR Manager with other HR domains as and when required.
Report HR Manager regularly to update the status on open positions.
Job Location :
Noida Sec - 68 (Work from office)
Working Days : 5 days (Mon-Fri)
Working Hours : 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM (could be rotational shifts as well)
Experience Required:
At least 5 years of core experience in both domestic and international hirings (for IT & Non-IT both)
Requirements and skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven exposure in both domestic and international hirings for IT & Non-IT both.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle of recruiting while using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
Good time-management skills.
Relationship building abilities.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge of Application Tracking Systems (ATS).
