- Resolve customer complaints and grievances with a positive, empathetic approach.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Record and analyze customer feedback to improve services.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a professional attitude while dealing with complex issues. Essential Skills
- Proven ability in handling customer grievances with patience and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Skills Required:
- Experience in customer service, especially in grievance handling.
- Background in airline travel, hospitality, service industry, insurance, banking, home loans, property, or financial products is highly advantageous 4+ years of relevant experience preferred
