Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and identifying potential shortages or overages.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient procurement of goods, negotiate terms, and build strong relationships with key vendors.
Order Processing: Support the endtoend order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring ontime and accurate shipments.
Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the team.
Process Optimization: Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes, implementing efficiency measures and best practices.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor agreements.
