Job Description:


JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will be responsible to perform Production Planning & Production Control.

Typical duties include prepare rolling 12-16 weeks production plan, co-ordinate with production on capacity planning, release monthly plans and ensure availability of kits for production.

Assist Manufacturing/final Quality/incoming Quality engineering to achieve on time delivery.


  • Prepare monthly production plan and collaborate with manufacturing team to execute the same.
  • Do capacity analysis and ensure optimum utilization of the manufacturing capacities.
  • Co-ordinate for maintaining optimum inventory to ensure sub assembly, production of finished goods
  • Work with Line engineers on day-to-day planning and execution of plan.
  • Ensure material availability in coordination with incoming QA, Stores/Purchase Team
  • Ensure complete kitting of material to feed the production line for optimum capacity utilization
  • Analysis of pending sales order and plan material for future sales order
  • To meet shipment targets as per customer requirement in co-ordination with dispatch function
  • MIS Reporting Publish Weekly and monthly MIS repots.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

  • Working Knowledge/Experience of ERP SAP
  • Conversant with Lean manufacturing and supply chain tools.
  • Should have exposure to supermarket concept and proficient in KANBAN principals
  • Well conversant with ISO procedure
  • Working proficiency in usage of MS-Office Tools
