Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or generated lists.
  • Introduce our products or services to potential customers and effectively communicate their benefits.
  • Build rapport with customers and overcome objections to secure sales or appointments.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, or a related sales role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Resultsoriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow in a sales career.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in [Your Country/Region].

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
