What will you be responsible for?

You will be part of a team which will be the single point contact for peopleHum to the customer, post the customer signing up to implement the platform.
Your sole focus will be for making peopleHum's global customers successful
Understanding the peopleHum product platform and global business practices and how to best align and fit the solution to the customer needs
Work with product, engineering and sales teams in cross functional decision frameworks to represent Customer Voice
Participate in strategy, planning and organizing work to optimize success criteria
Defining and tracking CSAT, NPS and other operational KPIs that measure and define Success for you and your team
Presenting accomplishments and discussing changes to process, product and tech
