Job Title:
Tele Caller

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
Present, promote, and sell products or services using persuasive sales techniques.
Understand customer needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions.
Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company for consistency and compliance.
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
Build and maintain a positive working relationship with potential customers.
Achieve set targets for sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
Handle customer objections and complaints effectively.
Provide information about products or services and answer queries from customers.
Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve overall performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telemarketer or tele caller, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
Strong negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude.
