Roles and Responsibilities

Need Females only-
Job Purpose
Shift production in-charge in Steel phase, Aluminium Phase Ops

Meet Daily Production Target of Engine components produced in Steel phase with optimum utilisation of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of all the documents related to DWM and their analysis e.g. control charts, Process sheets, Inspection sheets and machine check sheets.

Daily Monitoring of Prod. Targets as per customer requirements and tkt time
Arranging and tackling manpower according to working pattern
Maintaining the Documentation as per requirements of IMS
Exposure of Production Measurable functions PQCDSM
Calculating line efficiency and OEE data
Implementation of TPM activity on shop floor
Line Balancing by following JIT methodology
Ensure 5S and amp; daily maintain in working area
Tool Life Monitoring and Tool Cost Analysis
Maintaining of SPC charts and amp; make action as per trend
Leading and motivating the team to give Suggestion, perform Kaizens.
Managing shop floor by conducting shop floor management index and submitting the action plan for any gap
