The Role:

Risk Operations - Quality Assurance would be a part of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Team and would be responsible to perform Risk Assessment for the vendor engaged by the organization across the geography.

These risk assessments would be based on the guidelines provided by the various regulatory bodies such as U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), GDPR


The Team:

hird Party Risk Management is one of the key functions which every organization around the World is now focusing.

Team ensures to review each vendor engaged across the world and help business in taking Risk Informed and Data driven decisions.


Team directly interact with Business, Risk Domain Experts (such as Information Security) and Vendor to perform Risk Assessment in accordance with the regulatory requirements.

If any issues are identified, team is responsible to ensure, risk is mitigated, and feedback is shared with the leadership before engaging the vendor.

Responsibilities:


Operations:

  • Should have overall knowledge of Third Party Risk Management including Business Continuity, Info Security, Privacy and Compliance
  • Perform the Vendor Risk Assessments on the Vendors engaged by the organization
  • Work directly with Internal Business Partners to understand the services and assist them in capturing the correct risk in the assessments and also perform the quality review
  • Work with Information Security, Business Continuity, Procurement, Compliance and other Domain SME's to ensure correct risk level is documented in the Vendor Risk Assessment results and also track the progress
  • Should be able to prioritize the activities and help in expediting the Risk Assessment process
  • Contribute in building the training program for Internal Business partners on Risk Management Process
  • Support in building and maintaining the procedure and policy documentProject Coordination:
  • Run and support enhancement projects within Risk Management in order to meet different Business and Regulatory requirements
  • Should have the skillset to independently run and execute the projects
  • Should be able to coordinate and take alignment with different Business and Risk leaderships in order to ensure smooth running of the projects

  • What We're Looking For:
  • Professional with Third Party Risk Management background, having good experience in the Project Management/Coordination with at least 24 years of experience after Degree/Master's
  • Should have experience in understanding and managing the risk for IT and Cloud base vendors
  • Risk Management certification would be an advantage
  • Should have experience in building and managing project related to Risk Management
  • Should have understanding on the roles and responsibilities of different risk functions like Third Party Risk Management, QA Function, Operational Risk, Internal Control, Internal audit, Privacy and Compliance etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining close attention to detail
  • Demonstrated competency working well within a team and across departments
  • Superior presentation oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships with internal clients (S&P Global employees)
  • Must be a critical thinker with strong qualitative skills
  • Willingness to support TPRM team during high volume periods

Basic Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate from any recognized University or any accredited institution.
