Roles and Responsibility
Attending Customer calls regarding Customer complaints and service complaints

Assessing the service needs of clients and linking them to the appropriate resources and providers
Responding to complaints and resolving issues or matching clients with better services
Mail drafting.
Should have exp in Handle Team ,Team leading,
Coordinate with site operators.
Maintained the records of gensets in log sheets, servicing record of gensets.
Preparing service reports ,maintain record
Site visit

Qualification
B.sc, BCA, Diploma electrical, any Graduation, preferable service coordinator experience.

2 -3 yrs

Good communication
Able to draft mail
Required own vehicle.
Good in team leader.
