Job Title:
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company's overall technology strategy and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Admin Team, ensuring they are using the latest technologies and methodologies to meet business needs
Oversee software development, including selecting appropriate technologies and ensuring highquality code that is scalable, reliable, and secure
Manage cloud infrastructure, including selecting appropriate providers, setting up and maintaining cloud environments, and ensuring high availability and security
Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and prevention systems, and encryption
Manage and create the company's databases, including selecting appropriate technologies and ensuring data integrity, security, and availability
Evaluate and implement new software tools and technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and collaboration
Work closely with other departments, including marketing and sales, to identify technology needs and opportunities that can support business growth
Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring that spending is aligned with business goals and objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
At least 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a track record of success in delivering technology solutions that meet business needs
Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage technology budgets and vendor relationships
