An excellent career opportunity is currently available for Services Manager role within UOP's LST Service organization. The position will be based in Gurgaon, India.


Key Position Accountabilities
Manage customer relationships for the assigned customer base in India region. Direct responsibility for generation, maintenance and execution of customer service plans.

Manage service agreements with the assigned customers and ensure timely delivery of all service obligations under the agreements as well as deliver service agreements migration/ renewal targets.

You will foster client satisfaction.


Work closely with other functions in UOP to deliver UOP's full portfolio of products and services including outcome based business models in assigned customer accounts.

Deliver agreed upon annual services revenue and contribute to late payment recovery.

The individual will proactively search for opportunities for positioning and driving HON connected service and performance service solutions at assigned customer accounts in India.


Support Catalyst and Technology sales and align internal expectations with Sales for your assigned customers on a regular basis along with supporting your HON account team in frequent updating of customer account plan.

Own Service section of Account Plan and leverage Service to facilitate business opportunities.

Ensure that UOP licensed units installed in your customer base are operating and performing as designed.

Manage the troubleshooting efforts for your assigned customers with the help of Technology Services and Field Services and Engineering as necessary to insure a timely and accurate answer is provided.

Provide technical advice on all UOP licensed units installed in your customer base. Manage new-unit start-ups and catalyst reloads to ensure flawless delivery of UOP technology to your customers.


Prepare Supplemental and Miscellaneous Service Agreements to provide catalyst analytical work, revamp work, site specific training, turnaround support, inspection & provision other services as required.

Gain intimate understanding of Customer's site, assets and needs.

Raise issue to TR team and help drive technical resolution initiatives.


Execute LST services including TS support, FOS onsite support for reloads and new unit's startups, inspection services, training and through connected service enablers such as PM.

HS&E Excellence ; must have safety as the primary objective, both from an individual and a customer perspective.
