WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Act as a liaison between the CEO's office, other team members, and external parties for smooth communication
Getting the work done by the team through advanced CEO and the company's agenda
Coordinate internal and external meetings (online and offline)
Provide Strategic and Analytical support to the CEO in Corporate Strategy Development
Develop action plans for implementing and monitoring new business strategies/initiatives for the organization
Based on the requirement create comprehensive travel itineraries and plans
Prepare documents, memos, reports, and presentations

WHAT YOU'RE GOOD AT:

Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Business Management
Prior 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to CEO
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Exceptionally good verbal and written communication skills
Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Proficient in virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet
Selfstarter with the ability to work independently with mínimal guidance
Exhibits a high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
Willingness to travel domestically or International
