    Description

    JOBDESCRIPTION

    As a Digital MarketingExecutive your role is to assist in the planning execution andoptimization of digital marketing campaigns. You will work closelywith the marketing team to develop and implement effectivestrategies to drive online traffic increase brand awareness andgenerate leads. Your responsibilities will include managing variousdigital channels analyzing data and staying uptodate with thelatest digital marketingtrends.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement digital marketingcampaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team tocreate comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with thecompanys goals and target audience. This includes planning andexecuting campaigns across various channels such as search enginemarketing (SEM) search engine optimization (SEO) social media emailmarketing and display advertising.
    2. Content creation andmanagement: Create engaging and relevant content forvarious digital platforms including website blog social media andemail. Manage the content calendar ensuring timely and consistentdelivery of content that aligns with brand guidelines andobjectives.
    3. Social mediamanagement: Manage and grow the companys presence onsocial media platforms such as Facebook LinkedIn Instagram andYouTube. Develop and implement social media campaigns createcompelling content monitor engagement and respond to customerinquiries and comments.
    4. Performance tracking andanalysis: Use various analytics tools to track andmeasure the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Analyzedata to identify trends insights and areas for optimization.Prepare regular reports to communicate campaign performance andmake datadriven recommendations for improvement.
    5. SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research optimize websitecontent and implement onpage and offpage SEO strategies to improveorganic search rankings. Manage payperclick (PPC) campaignsincluding keyword selection ad copy creation and bidmanagement.
    6. Emailmarketing: Plan create and execute email marketingcampaigns to nurture leads promote products/services and driveconversions. Monitor email deliverability open rates clickthroughrates and other relevant metrics.
    7. Website management:Collaborate with web developers/designers to ensure the website isuserfriendly visually appealing and optimized for conversions.Regularly update website content monitor website performance andimplement SEO best practices.
    8. Stay uptodate with industrytrends: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketingtrends tools and best practices. Continuously expand knowledge andskills through research training andnetworking.

    JobQualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a relatedfield.
    • Bsc IT /MBA Marketing / Digitalmarketing certification
    • Proven experience indigital marketing preferably in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts toolsand techniques.
    • Proficiency in digitalmarketing platforms including social media management tools emailmarketing software content management systems (CMS) and webanalytics tools.
    • Knowledge of SEO SEM PPCadvertising and social media advertising.
    • Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability tointerpret data and make datadriven decisions.
    • Creativity and the ability to think outside thebox.
    • Strong organizational and projectmanagement skills.
