Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of board/committee meetings agenda, minutes, etc
- Handling of Compliance requirements Companies Act (including IEPF), SEBI LODR, PIT Handling corporate actions like dividend, bonus and buyback, postal ballot process, appointment/ reappointment of directors
- Liaising with RTA relating to shareholders queries, complaints
- Automation of secretarial processes
- Handling of shareholders meetings
- Indian and foreign subsidiary secretarial matters 8 Drafting of representations to Govt agencies etc.
- Hands on experience in Secretarial Compliance requirements, working proficiency in SEBI LODR and Companies Act, board, committee meetings agenda and minutes preparation,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with independent working skills and proficiency in all relevant laws.
- IT skills good working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
- Strong linguistic and communication skills
- Team player with an eye for detail and time management skills
- Positive attitude
