Role Overview:

The Office Assistant in the CXO (Chief Executive Officer/Chief Experience Officer) Office plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the highest-level executive office within the organization.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks to support the CXO and their office.


Administrative Support:


  • Manage the CXO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communication, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of important documents.

Meeting Coordination:
Organize and coordinate executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas, collating materials, and distributing minutes.
Assist in preparing presentations and materials for board meetings, strategy sessions, and other high-level gatherings.


Communication Liaison:
Serve as a point of contact between the CXO and internal/external stakeholders, effectively managing communication flow.


Office Operations:
Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring the office is well-equipped and operational.
Liaise with facilities and IT departments to address any office-related issues promptly.


Special Projects:
Support the CXO in special projects, research assignments, and initiatives that contribute to the organization's strategic objectives.


Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, clients, and vendors.


Salary:
₹8, ₹22,739.68 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
