Description
1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, engaging in polite conversation and

making them feel at home.


  • Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage all reservations and ensure that guests are seated promptly upon arrival.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff and servers to ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled.
  • Monitor and maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is in good working order.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Taking customer feedbacks and recorded to discuss with restaurant manager/supervisors for further improvements/actions.

Salary:
₹16, ₹18,000.00 per month
