Job Responsibilities:
- Must have knowledge of Patent, Copyright, Design and Geographical Indications filing
- Knowledge of Drafting related to replies, Oppositions, Counters, Legal Notices, etc. in IPR
- Know how to handle clients
- Need to supervise the Legal Department and will also involve in the legal affairs of the Company
- Have to travel to another state related to work meetings
Job Description:
- Having experience of minimum 5 years in IPR
- Have worked with law firms
- Must be proficient in English
- Having good Team Leading skills

₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Saraswati vihar, New Delhi
- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
