    Job Description :


    As an Engineering Manager, he/she will be responsible for leading big data platform development teams to deliver on the product roadmap along with stakeholder management.

    He/She will be responsible for hiring and on-boarding of new team members and developing career plans for team members.


    Your responsibilities :

    • Have an agile mindset, easily adapt to changes, and be comfortable to work in a dynamic environment.
    • Prioritize, delegate and supervise all engineers' activities and deliverables following on the company's best practices and standards.
    • Manage, support, and evaluate engineers' performance.
    • Provide input in strategic technical decisions and solutions, when needed.
    • Communicate and collaborate with other managers and stakeholders keeping them aligned on the delivery status.
    • Ensure company's values are being followed by the team members.

    Experience Required :

    • Overall 10+ years of experience in mentoring technical teams either as lead developer / QA
    • Able to understand technical topics/terminologies of Java/Scala stream processing, ETL, BackEnd API
    • Knowledge of Kafka and Kubernetes is a plus
    • Must have worked on micro services architecture.
    • Ability to provide technical guidance to the development team during solution implementation.
    Mode - 5 Days work from office

    Must have skills - Java or Scala stream processing, ETL, Backend API, Microservices architecture, Team management experience
