About Businessline/Function:
ISPL Steering & Governance - Is a part of CIB CIO Quality and Governance function in ISPL.
This function is responsible for managing process compliance of all projects and teams in CIB IT and ITG intl ADM teams within ISPL.
The scope includes maintaining and enhancing QA processes to improve compliance to group governance. It involves conducting QA audits and helping project managers to close NCs. It also includes consulting project managers in complying with QA processes and agile implementation.- _

Position Purpose
Managing process compliance for projects and teams across ISPL Clusters. It involves assisting project managers from project initiation to closure on SDLC process & guidelines. Helping the teams in understanding Non-conformances raised and generating and reporting KPIs.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Ensure that compliance to SDLC process defined in ISPL QMS is checked during ADM audits - Audits cover the checking of all artefacts that support the process execution
- Reporting of compliance results and any non-conformances to the process
- Follow up with teams on NC closure
- Support and facilitation on NC closure
- Creating awareness on the SDLC process through trainings and coaching
- Checking status report updates and governance related topics during audits
- Provide weekly and monthly activity report when requested
- Generate and report the governance KPIs
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- IT Quality management and testing practices
- Deployment of CMMI practices
- Has played the role of Process Consultant / or Software Quality Assurance executive/tester
- Experience on tools like JIRA, Clarity, TFS, ALM etc
