Job Title:
Finishing Department Incharge for the garment (women's clothing) industry


We are a leading garment manufacturing company based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, specializing in women's clothing for the US market.

We are looking for a finishing department in charge to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the finishing process of garments, including checking, thread cutting, ironing, and packing as per size ratio.
  • Coordinate with dyers, embroidery, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of finished products.
  • Maintain proper stock status and follow up with the production department to ensure timely delivery of shipments.

Requirements:

- at least 5 years of experience in garment finishing, with a focus on women's clothing.
- strong organizational and communication skills.
- ability to manage a team and work well under pressure.


Pay:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
