Description
We are seeking Instructional Designers in Mumbai / Thane / Navi Mumbai.

The role of a Instructional Designer is of an individual contributor. He/She will be required to design, develop, and edit content for training and learning purpose.


The ID should be capable of visualizing the presentation of the content and ideate the look-n-feel, flow, and the effectiveness of the training.

Also, He / She is expected to create e-learning courses that are app-based, web-based, classroom-based, or a blend.


Responsibilities:


  • Scan the available content for its applicability, accuracy, and usage.
  • Compile content and restructure/rewrite/summarize as required.
  • Search relevant visuals that support the key message in the content. Participate in team brainstorming and handle projects independently.
  • Create errorfree and relevant storyboard that is inline with the project specifications and client standards and guidelines.
  • Creation of storyboard involves defining learning objectives, developing lessons/modules to meet those objectives, adding interactivities to complement the learnings, and developing knowledge check questions to test the learnings of the courses.
  • Discuss ideas, images, graphics, and animations with the Illustrator. Communicate with the development team and work inline with the set timelines.
  • Perform a thorough selfreview of the created documents at various stages of development. Implement the feedback given by the reviewer without any error.
  • Test the courses on LMS for functionality.

Job Requirements:


Education:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Technical writing Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a prior experience of minimum six months and maximum 2 years in Instructional Design Freshers can also apply

  • Excellent written and oral skills in English Creativity, openmindedness, and strong communication skills Time management, grasping ability, flexibility, readiness to learn and unlearn, and selfmotivation Acute attention to details, strong ability to understand technical and nontechnical content
  • Abiity to work in teams, sound interpersonal skills, and aptitude to accept feedback Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize accordingly while handling multiple projects Flair for writing and passion for learning

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Thane, Thane , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
