Job Profile:
Jr. Project Executive-Operations
Managing mystery shopping assignments

Scheduling mystery shoppers through phone/mail for audits across India
Editing the mystery audit reports for quality

Business Analytics:
We provide clients with expert analysis to help them drive results.

You will be responsible for:

Analysis and presentation of data.
To help understand key trends across outlets
To help simplify complex data & make it meaningful for your business
Key Customer Insights: To help understand what customers want and what they expect.
Challenge seekers: We want people with lofty ambitions, and drive for achieving more
Jack of all trades: You\'ll be doing a little bit of everything be prepared to juggle well between tasks

Must be good in Excel and other Office Tools like PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, PowerBi.
Creating dynamic reports with PivotTables.
Building formulas.
Cell formatting.
Managing large datasets with functions: IF, SUM, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP.
Task automation.
Manipulate date, time, text, and arrays.
Building charts and graphs.
