Map potential customers and generate leads for the organisation and look for new opportunities- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
- Build and maintain client relations
- Work with internal departments such as production team to engage clients more deeply
- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
- Proactively identifying crossselling/upselling opportunities with the existing customers
- Be a brand ambassador and reflect company value at all times
