As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and facilitate sales.

Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and convey information effectively to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script to introduce products or services and generate interest.
  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, warm calling, and followup calls. Gather relevant information such as customer needs, preferences, and buying intentions.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing information persuasively to potential customers. Address any queries or concerns they may have and provide accurate information.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade prospects to make a purchase or schedule appointments for further discussions with sales representatives.
  • Maintain a database of customer information, interactions, and feedback. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and encourage repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management. Continuously strive to improve performance and contribute to the overall sales team objectives.
  • Record details of all calls, including outcomes, in the CRM system or designated software. Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Persuasive and convincing ability to influence customer decisionmaking.
  • Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center systems.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay:
₹10, ₹20,898.04 per month
