We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cloud Kitchen Cashier.

As a key member of our front-line staff, the Cashier will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order processing, efficient payment handling, and exceptional customer service within our cloud kitchen environment.

Order Processing:

Accurately receive and process customer orders, ensuring correct items and quantities.

Verify order details and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.

Payment Handling:

Accept various forms of payment and provide accurate change and receipts.

Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently.

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Address customer inquiries, provide menu information, and uphold a positive customer experience.

Upselling and Promotions:

Suggest additional items and promote current specials to enhance customer orders.

Cleanliness and Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.

Ensure a presentable appearance and adhere to hygiene standards.

Collaboration with Kitchen Staff:

Communicate customer orders promptly to kitchen personnel.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation.

Issue Resolution:

Address customer concerns or complaints courteously and professionally.

Escalate issues to management when necessary.

Cash Management:

Reconcile cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies.

Adhere to cash-handling policies and procedures.

Salary:
₹8, ₹14,000.00 per month
