Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Administer and evaluate technical assessments and assignments as required.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment practices, and technology advancements to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of IT positions, roles, and technologies.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
