Key Duties and Accountabilities

Establishes processes, systems, and reports to ensure key business performance indicators throughout the company are closely monitored and controlled and to provide early warning signs.
Identification and management of business risk (strategic & operational) through ongoing assessment & reviews
Ensure submission/presentation of financial performance to relevant stakeholders (Promoters, Shareholders and Legal Entity Board)
Handling Statutory, internal & commercial audit, finance control and audit committee review.
Commercial Finance function managing approx. 2000 Active distributors along with Product pricing etc
Handling treasury management and compliance (forex payment, short term investment, working capital management and banking)
Continuous improvement in internal control procedures governing all financial & commercial operations.
Lead structuring of Business development deals/agreements.
Ensuring tax compliances for direct tax, Indirect tax, transfer price (Including Transfer price agreement with parent and APA with GOI) and tax litigations etc.
Provide FP&A for legal entity (consolidation of manufacturing, Marketing, commercial and Clinical trial budget, and analysis) driving Board approval for Budget etc.
Project management for various projects (centralization of taxation with consulting firms, vendor management and alignment of Delegation of Authority)
Managing Indirect procurement
Provide people leadership to a team of 6 finance professionals and support in their growth through structured coaching and development.

Essential Requirements

Qualified CA with 15+ years of postqualification experience
Prior experience with Listed company / Pharma company
Indepth knowledge of Financial Accounting, Audit, Internal controlling and Taxes etc.
Experience of working in SAP
Experience developing financial reports, metrics and controls.
Interpersonal and communication skills to interact with Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
People leadership skills
Ability to develop Strategic Partnerships
