Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and oversee a team of customer service representatives to ensure they deliver consistent and excellent service to our customers.

Policy Adherence: Ensure the operations team adheres to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

Customer Support: Assist team members in resolving complex customer complaints and inquiries, working to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Possess exceptional product knowledge within the solar industry and impart this knowledge to the team to enable them to provide accurate and insightful assistance.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance surveys with customers, analyze findings, and communicate actionable insights to the staff for continuous improvement.

Complaint Resolution: Handle escalated customer complaints, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to finding effective resolutions.

Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for the team to enhance their product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall performance.

Motivation: Inspire and motivate the team to perform at their best, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Reporting: Provide daily status reports, keeping the management informed about the team's performance and any ongoing challenges.

Travel: Be prepared for extensive travel if required, to ensure efficient coordination and management of customer service operations across different locations.


Skill Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the solar industry is essential.
  • Proficiency in Hindi, English, and additional languages is preferred.
  • Strong twowheeler/fourwheeler driving skills and a valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and CRM software.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problemsolving aptitude and a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure.
  • Adept at multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Dedication to upholding the company's vision and values.
