Responsibilities

The commercial operation administrator is primarily responsible for the daily coordination and execution of the back office administrative support for the ASP region
You will be responsible for contract billing, indexation calculation, spare parts invoicing, vendor registration, Vendor PR process, Vestas Online onboarding & operational readiness updates
In addition to this you will also be handling monthly reports on insurance, contract KPI's, HSE-Quality & waste reporting and other site financials across the ASP region.
You must work in a focused manner and always intervene with the team for speedy execution of tasks & responsibilities.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Management with specialization in Finance with minimum 2 years working experience
Working knowledge of SAP preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel is necessary

Competencies

Good communication skills in English both written and oral
Problem solving skills
Data Analysis and process mapping skills
