Required Experience:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Should have a minimum 25 years of experience in Sales.
  • Experience in being a team member and meeting sales deadlines.

Role Description:


  • Works directly with Business Sales Manager to grow business across the geography.
  • Ensuring maximum lead conversion by following sales processes and systems.
  • Managing sales via calls and customer visits.

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Should have strong presentation skills to address individuals and groups.
  • Must have leadership quality with a high level of self motivation.
  • Proven track records in IT Hardware/Product Sales.
  • Should have excellent negotiation skills and convincing capability.
  • Ability to be target focused and work under pressure.
  • Good with MS-Office
  • Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Preferred to have hands on work experience on CRM tools.

Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to the manager on individual sales targets and achievements. Being part of team meetings.
  • Collection of payments from the customers where sales are made.
  • Will be responsible for client relationships and nurturing for future sales.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings for sales closures.
  • Maintaining leads and deal status on CRM tool.
  • Attending walkin clients.
  • Achieving sales and revenue targets on a monthly basis.
  • Providing demo to the customers.
  • Submission of Minutes of Meetings to the reporting manager.

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
