Roles and responsibilities would include:
- Onboarding more regional and global EPCs on the platform
- Creating process for more efficient EPC Onboarding
- Conduct regular vendor feedback sessions
- Work with the Product managers to chalk out future product functionalities
- Vendor Relationship Management
- Organising Marketing campaigns
- Tracking performance and management of the Vendor Sales Team
- At least 4 years of experience in the solar industry. A past experience in solar is mandatory
- Past sales experience to solar EPC companies in India and/or abroad is a major perk
- Sound technical knowledge regarding the standard processes involved in executing a solar project
- Entrepreneurial Mindset
- Good communication skills
- Proven ability to work well in a team
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Interest to change the world and confidence in your ability to do so

Salary:
₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
