Job Responsibility:
- Assisting and finalising the transaction documents related to Leasing and Loans for two wheelers.
- Assisting in review of various business documents such as MOUs, SLAs and Manpower related documents.
- Responsible for successful completion of requirements in Internal Legal Due Diligences.
- Assisting in review of SOPs of various departments and successful completion of Legal Audit.
- Monitoring and managing the risk related to the applicable laws as applicable to Startups.
- Dealing with and working through issues of conflict and regulatory challenges with internal teams
- Responsible for maintaining the depository for all legal and regulatory documents.
- Responsible for implementation and monitoring of the Code of Conduct.
- Responsible for updating the business teams about the highest compliance and corporate
Salary:
₹100, ₹300,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore, Bengaluru Urban , Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Master's (required)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Legal research: 1 year (preferred)
