Product UI Designer to join our team full-time in Chennai.

About the role:

As a Product UI Designer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Being flexible in design solutions and able to elaborate unique design styles that would suit each particular project and its specifics.

Approaching each project conceptually, with an open mind - not just conforming with what you got used to, but being authentic each and every time.

Responsibilities:


  • Work with user research artifacts and reports
  • Collaborate with user researcher if there are design hypotheses, which requires validation, testing or full research
  • Collaborating with product team on requirements and planning
  • Defining usabilityproof UX solutions
  • Creating pixelperfect high fidelity UI designs for iOS, Android, Web Desktop & Web Mobile
  • Understanding of Mobile (iOS/Android) and Web guidelines and limitations
  • Creating interactive clickable prototypes in Figma
  • Following and maintaining design systems
  • Controlling the implementation. Ensuring development results are consistent with UX and UI and they perform properly
  • Being proactive, helping to grow strong UX/UI expertise within the team. Being able to consult on various solutions, keeping up with the latest trends in mobile and web, usability, accessibility and interaction design. Understand which ones could be implemented to improve the product and in what way

Requirements:


  • Solid set of skills and experience in UX/UI design. 4+ years is what we have in mind
  • Strong UI expertise including working with design systems
  • Understanding usercentered design approach and UX methodologies. Being able to analyze user and business needs to define UX solutions
  • Portfolio proving this experience
  • Knowledge of uptodate design tools (Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, AE, Principle is a plus)
  • Experience in collaboration with designers, developers and product team
  • Effective communication skills in English you should be able to elicit project details and clearly articulate your design decisions

  • Has sufficient communication skills for effective dialogue with customers and colleagues
  • Collaborates in a team effectively
  • Is able to plan, schedule and monitor own work within short time horizons
  • Demonstrates a rational and organized approach to work
  • Works under routine direction, without frequent reference to others
