    Job Description

    Main purpose of role:

    Leads and oversees civil engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards. They contribute by guiding teams, managing resources, and mitigating risks to complete project on time.

    Responsibilities:

  • Should lead the project in terms of civil construction and ensure that all the works are happening as per the approved drawings.
  • SPOC for all the civil & Interior construction activities at site level.
  • Should lead the project in terms of all the aspects.
  • Should ensure that all works are happening without deviation in quality.
  • Driving the main contractor and ensuring that all the required resources arranged to get the job done.
  • Conducting the meetings with contractor and providing the construction clearances.
  • Ensuring that all the works are happening without deviation of client safety protocols.
  • Internal coordination for better understanding smooth execution of works.
  • Ensuring that all the materials are available and planned for deliveries as per the agreed project schedule timelines.
  • Preparation of weekly reports and updating the status to Senior managers and internal management team.
  • Tracking on long lead items and make them delivery in time to reach site for achieving the timelines.
  • Coordinate with all the relevant stakeholders at site level for smooth execution of works.

    • Qualifications

  • Education - (Civil)
  • Candidate should have relevant experience of working preferably for a high rise construction base build projects , having a graduate degree with excellent technical and communication skills.
  • 10+ years work experience with demonstrated career growth graph.
