    Job Title:
    Project Manager - Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)


    Company Overview :

    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.


    Position Overview:
    The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning to execution and post-implementation support.

    This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of contract management processes and technology solutions.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead the implementation of the Contract Lifecycle Management platform, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
    Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives, including internal stakeholders and external vendors.
    Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize disruption and ensure project success.
    Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and drive continuous improvement of the CLM platform.
    Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
    Ensure compliance with project management best practices, company policies, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
    Facilitate user training and adoption of the CLM platform, including developing training materials and conducting workshops as needed.
    Support post-implementation activities, including system enhancements, troubleshooting, and user support to maximize the value of the CLM platform.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
    Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in contract management or related software implementation projects.
    Strong understanding of contract management processes, including contract creation, negotiation, execution, and compliance.
    Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software solutions is highly desirable.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
    Ability to travel occasionally for project meetings, workshops, and vendor engagements, as needed.
