- Training Program Development: Designing and developing effective training programs, materials, and resources. This includes creating training modules, presentations, manuals, handouts, exercises, and assessments and other relevant materials.
- Training hand holding: Assessing the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback and analyzing key performance indicators. Adjusting and refining training methods based on feedback and results.
- Training Administration: Managing the logistics of training programs, such as scheduling sessions, coordinating with clients, and ensuring training materials are accessible and up to date.
- Training Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications. Generating reports and analyzing data to track training effectiveness and compliance.
- Stay Updated: Keeping up with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training methodologies. Continuously seeking professional development opportunities to enhance own skills and knowledge.
- Supporting client's individual basis post training ensuring effectiveness of the training imparted.
- The candidate is also required to do case supervisions. Open to take up both online and live sessions.
- Travel if required with regards to trainings.
- Knowledge of psychometric theories like MBTI, DISC, HOLLAND, 16PF, LEADERSHIP STYLES is a must.
- Deliver training programs through various mediums, such as classroom instruction, webinars, and elearning platforms.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions that promote active participation and knowledge retention.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Modify and update training materials as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Provide oneonone coaching and support to clients to reinforce learning and development.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Master's degree in Education, Training: Human Resources or Psychology.
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer or similar role, imparting training or teaching on (Behavioral Training, Performance Evaluation, Learning & Development, Leadership Training, Managerial Training) with a minimum of 35 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and elearning authoring tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
