Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Executive to join our insurance company in Noida.

work independently to achieve targets. The Relationship Executive will be responsible for

generating new business leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for health insurance products maintain

a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and

developments.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and

retention Attend networking events and engage in business development activities

to increase brand awareness and generate new leads

Provide excellent customer service, including handling customer inquiries and

complaints in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with other departments, including underwriting and claims, to ensure that

customer needs are met

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years' experience in health insurance

products.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Familiarity with insurance sales software and lead generation tools
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the insurance industry

Salary:
₹10, ₹32,480.43 per month
