P&C Academy is currently seeking two experienced and dedicated Hostel Wardens who are retired ex-Army personnel, to ensure the well-being and discipline of our Class XI and XII students residing in our hostel.

Key Responsibilities:

Hostel Management: Responsible for the efficient day-to-day management of the hostel, including student accommodations, safety, and security.

Student Discipline: Enforce hostel rules and maintain a disciplined atmosphere, promoting a conducive environment for academic growth and personal development.

Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and emotional support to the students, fostering a nurturing and growth-oriented environment.

Staff Supervision: Oversee hostel staff, including housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance personnel, ensuring a seamless experience for students.

Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of students, and coordinating response efforts as necessary.

Academic Support: Encourage and facilitate the students' academic pursuits, assist with study schedules, and provide resources for their educational success.

Parent Communication: Act as a bridge between students, parents, and academy management, addressing concerns and fostering effective communication.
