    Description

    About the internship:

    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

    1. Assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization.

    2. Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and other channels to attract qualified candidates.

    3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.

    4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

    5. Assist with reference checks, background screenings, and other pre-employment checks.

    6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.

    7. Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

    8. Support HR team members with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
