Description
Our client is a top tier international Investment Bank and is seeking a Assistant Vice President for IRRBB Reporting.


Key responsibilities:


  • Monitor and analyze balance sheet for potential interest rate risk in banking book.
  • Develop and maintain IRR framework for bank.
  • Measure and report on the impact of interest rate changes on the bank's net interest income, equity, and other key financial metrics.
  • Work closely with treasury, risk, and finance teams to develop and implement interest rate risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to senior management and regulatory bodies.

Role requirements:


  • Post graduate degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments and their use in managing interest rate risk.
  • Knowledge of financial modelling and analytical tools.
  • Experience with interest rate risk management and/or assetliability management in a financial institution.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines.
