Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers.

Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home:
from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.


Based in our local office, supporting the Audit Services Manager and the rest of the team, you will do everything to ensure that our Ethical Audit programs consistently exceed our clients' expectations, and maintain the highest standards of service quality.


You will be expected to:

  • Review Audit Reports to evaluate if they meet our client's requirements.
  • Communicate any report issues and recommendations to our certification team.
  • Followup on necessary corrective action
  • Provide technical expertise and advice to our teams and our clients.
  • Preparation and update of new Manufacturing Audit Protocol.
  • Preparation of training material for auditors.
  • Participation and preparation of KPI for customer's meeting where required.
  • Other tasks arranged by the management team.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge or certified ISO 900
  • Technical expertise in Quality Compliance, or related fields.
  • Experience in thirdparty quality control, or related fields (2 years or more).
  • Strong command of English (spoken, written, reading).
  • Experience in onsite auditing.
  • Know your way around the MS Office Suite
  • Education & Experience:
  • Degree from an accredited university in manufacturing, hard goods, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry for têxtiles, hard goods, food, or E &E.

Additional Information Additional Skills**:


  • Able to read and understand properly, write properly, count, able to learn the structure of shipping documents, packing list files and inspection reports.
  • Patient and careful on details, able to travel and accept flexible working hours / days (even on holidays if it's requested).
  • Sense of responsibility, honest, loyal and positive thinking way.
