    Job Title - Senior Full Stack Engineer

    Job Location - Pune, Maharashtra

    Overview :

    As a Senior Full stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives. Your expertise in both frontend and backend technologies will be crucial in driving innovation and ensuring the overall performance and usability of our applications.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Full stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
    • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding them in best practices, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, participating in brainstorming sessions, and offering insights to enhance product features and user experience.
    • Architecture & Design: Participate in the architectural design of software systems, proposing innovative solutions, evaluating technologies, and ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
    • Quality Assurance: Write automated tests, conduct code reviews, and perform thorough testing to ensure the reliability, security, and maintainability of the software.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in fullstack development, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and code quality.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and developer guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

    ● 5+ years of experience in fullstack web development, with proficiency in frontend (e.g., React/NextJS, HTML5, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS and CSS) and backend (e.g., NodeJS, NextJS and TypeScript) technologies.

    ● Strong understanding of web development frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Responsive and scalable designs) and server-side frameworks.

    ● Experience with database systems (e.g. NoSQL - MongoDB, SQL) and proficiency in writing efficient queries and database optimization.

    ● Expertise in technologies like Docker, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka

    ● Experience with AWS cloud services, serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and EC2), and cloud deployment.

    ● Knowledge of REST/GraphQL for API development and integration.

    ● Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

    ● Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
