    Description

    Job Scope:

    We are seeking a Manager MIS and Budgetary Control with an background in the Software and Platform as a Services industry.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting high-level analysis of revenue, credit, expenses and overhead.

    You will work closely with our senior management team to create MIS, Profitability statements and ensure company-wide budgetary planning.

    Job Responsibility:

    • Preparation of Financial MIS like Profitability statements, product-wise Margins , Budget versus actual costs trackers, Segment wise/Business Unit-wise MIS including PNL and BS.
    • Preparing Individual Product level trackers, Trend analysis and forecasting.
    • Analysis of the Budget versus actuals, Budget controlling and identifying variances with reasons.
    • Analysis Key Financial Ratios and variance analysis.
    • Profitability analysis of lines of verticals and creating dashboards.
    • Funds forecasting.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Monthly revenue recognition
    • Monthly BU-wise and line of business by Profit and loss statement
    • Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time.
    • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
    • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
    Must

    • Expert hands-on experience in Excel, PPT, Tableau, Power BI and other data-mining tools

    Have Skills:

    • Proficient in SAP and Excel
    • Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Power BI to maintain and publish MIS through Tools.
