Pacfo International Pvt Ltd is a manufacturing and exporting company specializing in gift packaging items such as gift wrap rolls, gift bags, gift boxes, paper plates, paper napkins, and other paper-based products.

Our customers are primarily large retailers based in the US and Europe, and we are focused on high-quality products, timely delivery, and strong process-driven operations.

About the Role


We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Director in both business and limited personal matters.

The role involves daily reporting, close coordination with teams, email and calendar management, and handling confidential information with utmost discretion.


Mandatory Requirement:
The candidate must be currently residing in Faridabad or be willing to relocate to Faridabad.

Key Responsibilities


  • Take daily reports from planning/operations and other relevant teams, consolidate them, and share a clear summary with the Director every day.
  • Coordinate smoothly with cross-functional teams on behalf of the Director to track progress on important tasks and obtain daily updates.
  • Manage the Director's email inbox: prioritize mails, draft and respond to routine communication, and flag critical items.
  • Handle sensitive business and personal information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Manage personal tasks such as monitoring and paying credit card bills, tracking expenses, coordinating reimbursements, and maintaining basic personal records.
  • Plan and book travel (flights, trains, cabs), hotels, and related logistics for business and personal trips.
  • Coordinate and review MIS reports with the team on behalf of the Director, highlight key points, and follow up on action items.
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and reviews; prepare basic minutes and follow-up task lists.
Qualifications


  • Graduate in any discipline; preference for Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Coordinator supporting senior management.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email/calendar tools.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle time-sensitive work.
Location Condition


  • Must be residing in Faridabad or willing to relocate to Faridabad before joining.
