K-12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd.
is a leading education management services company that operates and manages 82+ schools across various cities under the brand "Orchids the International Schools".
In addition to this, we have multiple brands under our umbrella.
We provide our end-to-end services through service contracts with trusts that own the schools - in that sense, we effectively manage and operate the entire school.
Our goal is expansion through standardization of quality - in this context, we help re-brand the school and take over its entire operations, marketing, and communications.
Standardization of academic delivery is ensured through our Central Academics Team, which conducts its research into leading education practices and designs its own curriculum, textbooks, and lesson plans with micro details.
Roles and Responsibilities:
with the operations team.
- Onboarding, Exit formalities, Payroll inputs updates of the employees
- Interacting with FOE and all the frontline employees
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members
- Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clients.
- Knowledge in Handling branchlevel operations and coordinating with branch EAs.
- Smooth handling of branchlevel activities.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organizational and Time Management skills
Salary:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
