Job Description:
An Office Clerk is responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties in a company including preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and updating company records.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain File and Records
- Answer the phone to take messages
- Mailing and Filing
- Utilize the office appliances such as computer,printer.
- Complete work schedule and prepare documents, reports.
- Excellent communication skill.
Requirements/Qualification:
- 12th / Graduation compulsory.
- Working knowledge of office devices, process.
- Proficiency with Ms office, Advance Excel.
- Typing with multitasking abilities.
- MS-CIT course
Salary:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
