How would your role at Navi Look Like?
Voice process is a part of Customer Experience team at Navi.

This role will require you to:

  • Handling customer queries on Inbound and make outbound calls if needed.
  • Educate current and potential customers with product and service information.
  • Maintain the privacy of customer records and other financial details.
  • Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader/SME and relevant stakeholders.
  • Achieve agreed KPIs and Objectives
  • Adhere strictly to shift schedules
  • Adhere to laid down internal policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the team

What are some of the good to have skills for this role?

  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English and Hindi is a must. Should be able to speak English and Hindi fluently.
  • Experience in Insurance is preferred.
  • Experience in Loans and banking process is preferred.
  • Experience using Chat CRM tools like Freshdesk / Zendesk / One-Direct.
  • Flexible to work in rotation Roster and potentially on weekend.

Pay:
₹21, ₹28,000.00 per month
