Job Summary:


The Admin Executive - Receptionist will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties while providing excellent customer service to all visitors and employees.

They will serve as the first point of contact for the organization and ensure that all calls and visitors are handled promptly and professionally.

This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel
  • Maintain a neat and orderly reception area
  • Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting rooms and conference calls
  • Manage office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and copying
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient office operations
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all visitors, calls, and appointments

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

The Admin Executive - Receptionist will spend a significant amount of time sitting at a desk and using a computer.

Some bending, reaching, and lifting may be required to manage office supplies and equipment. The position may require occasional overtime and some flexibility with work schedule.

As per Industry Standards

Actual salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
